{"id":554,"date":"2021-04-06T20:50:13","date_gmt":"2021-04-06T23:50:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vitadermatologia.com.br?p=554"},"modified":"2021-04-06T21:09:13","modified_gmt":"2021-04-07T00:09:13","slug":"cirurgia-dermatologica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vitadermatologia.com.br\/?p=554","title":{"rendered":"Cirurgia Dermatol\u00f3gica"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c1rea da dermatologia que abrange procedimentos realizados na pele ou no tecido subcut\u00e2neo necess\u00e1rios para diagn\u00f3stico ou tratamento de altera\u00e7\u00f5es relacionadas a pele, mucosas,\u00a0 cabelos e unhas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A maior parte dos procedimentos realizados \u00e9 minimamente invasivo, requer apenas anestesia local e exige pouco tempo de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Condi\u00e7\u00f5es\u00a0 que s\u00e3o poss\u00edveis de serem avaliadas e tratadas pela dermatologia cir\u00fargica:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bi\u00f3psia;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cauteriza\u00e7\u00e3o el\u00e9trica e qu\u00edmica;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cirurgia de c\u00e2ncer de pele, cistos, lipomas, sinais, unhas;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cicatrizes;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Crioterapia;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Curetagem;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Infiltra\u00e7\u00e3o intralesional;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reconstru\u00e7\u00e3o de l\u00f3bulo de orelha;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Subcis\u00e3o de celulite;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Verrugas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr class=\" hr_color\" style=\"margin: 0 auto 30px;\"\/>\n\n<h3><strong>Cuidados pr\u00e9 e p\u00f3s procedimento cir\u00fargico:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00e3o \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio jejum ou de acompanhante salva alguns procedimentos.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deve-se chegar 15 minutos antes do hor\u00e1rio marcado, ou conforme orienta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tomar banho antes do procedimento e usar roupas confort\u00e1veis e f\u00e1ceis de serem removidas.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O curativo deve ser mantido por 24 horas. Ap\u00f3s esse per\u00edodo, \u00e9 removido, cuidadosamente, e lavada a ferida com \u00e1gua corrente e sab\u00e3o.\u00a0 Deve-se secar a ferida cir\u00fargica com gaze e aplicar \u00e1lcool 70 % e uma camada creme cicatrizante sem ou\u00a0\u00a0com antibi\u00f3tico e fechar novamente. Isso conserva a ferida limpa e \u00famida, prevenindo a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de crostas e\/ou infec\u00e7\u00e3o da \u00e1rea. O procedimento deve ser repetido uma vez ao dia, ou conforme instru\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e9dica. As crostas (cascas) n\u00e3o devem ser removidas. Elas se soltar\u00e3o naturalmente na hora certa. Deve evitar o sol na feridas ou procedimentos cir\u00fargicos realizado em \u00e1rea expostas por pelo menos um m\u00eas.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Agendar retorno ou nova consulta conforme orienta\u00e7\u00e3o medica para reavalia\u00e7\u00e3o final e continuidade do tratamento.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Cicatrizes<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A cicatriz surge com o processo natural de cura de ferimentos na pele, chamado cicatriza\u00e7\u00e3o. A ferida pode ser decorrente de um acidente, de uma doen\u00e7a ou de uma cirurgia. A cicatriz torna-se menos not\u00e1vel com o passar do tempo e seu aspecto depender\u00e1 do tipo de ferimento que a desencadeou, de suas dimens\u00f5es (extens\u00e3o e profundidade) e da sua localiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Algumas regi\u00f5es do corpo apresentam maior tend\u00eancia em formar cicatrizes mais evidentes, como aquelas de maior tens\u00e3o ou movimento. S\u00e3o exemplos as cicatrizes localizadas nos ombros, bra\u00e7os, regi\u00e3o pr\u00e9-esternal (c\u00f3lo), pernas e costas. V\u00e1rias t\u00e9cnicas podem melhorar uma cicatriz. A maioria delas pode ser feita no consult\u00f3rio do dermatologista. O tratamento cir\u00fargico pode mudar a dimens\u00e3o, dire\u00e7\u00e3o e textura da cicatriz. Contudo, nenhuma cicatriz pode ser completamente eliminada e n\u00e3o existem t\u00e9cnicas m\u00e1gicas para devolver o aspecto normal da pele.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Infiltra\u00e7\u00e3o intralesional<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9 usada para tratamento de cicatrizes queloidianas e hipertr\u00f3ficas (elevadas). Nesse procedimento, injeta-se, no interior da cicatriz, uma subst\u00e2ncia (corticoster\u00f3ide) que ir\u00e1 promover a redu\u00e7\u00e3o do tamanho da mesma. Geralmente s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rias v\u00e1rias sess\u00f5es.
